Use 1 per week and get 10 HOURS of customized instruction in 5, 2 Hour Private Immersion Lessons for only 499.00
For Ladies/Followers:
We will do some exercises that will get you implementing your techniques by moving and opening your frame posture and connection to tango movements and compositions. Then we will dance and dance and dance some more. Then we will reinforce the techniques by reviewing the exercises you can do at home. Then we will finish by dancing some uninterrupted tandas as though we were at the milonga.
For Men/Leaders:
We will get you truly understanding your leader skills by setting a practice frame and then having you follow some of the basic moves like ocho cortado, ochos and molinete. By getting you into the followers position, frame and posture for 20 minutes or so. Then you will dance with Joanne stopping after each tanda to converse about your leading skills and your existing repertoire. Then we will teach you a new pattern based on what you already know, or clean up a problematic sequence or pattern. Then we will have you dance and dance some more with Joanne without stopping to chat for at least 20 minutes. This reinforced session is a sure fire way to imporve your tango for ever!

Perfect for couples or partners since it includes a prescription for 30 minutes of all important supervised practice time to keep your habits effective! To be effective, all lessons must be used within a four week period. The goal of the immersions process is to get results fast.
Standard Private Argentine Tango Lessons Packages in Tucson, AZ
Private Argentine Tango Lesson Prices are the same for couples and single dancers - NO PARTNER NEEDED - be aware that when couples share lessons each will get about half of the lesson - as the time is divided between the leader and the follower!
Private lessons are a way to really jump-start your dancing. Though you will get excellent information from our group classes, we cannot really give you too much personalized attention. In a private lesson the entire hour is focused on you, your needs and in-depth techniques that are easy to miss due to the distractions of a group class setting.
In addition, I offer our video analysis services with the prices of lessons - see below. Quite frequently we sell out of lessons - unfortunately there are only so many teaching hours available in a week, when that happens I remove the instant payment buttons from this page. What is an Intensive Argentine Tango Course?
Well-structured semi-private class course that includes:
During the series all group classes that match the level of the series are free to course participants.2 hours classes twice per week All students involved commit to a specific number of weeks A select group of students that are all on similar levels of tango study and experience You have the same base partner through out the course We help align students with partners for the series The entire group attends milongas and practicas together during the series
We have found that students that participate in an intensive series become dancers sooner and are well bonded within the community by the end of the series.
