The workshops are sold out. This is a pass is $30 and will save you $5 for Milonguita $10 and Yo Soy $15 and Sunday Practica $10. Drop in price is $35 for all three.

The embrace in relation to milonguero figures. This class explains all the more comfortable, efficient and elegant ways to develop a social dance.
3:30-4:45 pm – Vals – All levels
Vals for everyone, movements that float. Easy and effective.

12:30-1:45 pm – Lapiz and Planeos – Intermediate / Advanced
Pencils with female glides (lapices con planeos). Pencils are figures of tango salon. These figures contain secrets of execution that will be revealed in these classes. Female glides demonstrate lines and posture essential for the image of tango or waltz right through the body and female lines.
2:00-3:15 pm – Barridas – Intermediate / Advanced
The magic of the sweeps ( Barridas), learn the secrets that make this figure magnificent. Invite your partner to decorate with incredible ornaments every possible moment of the dance.
3:30-5:00 pm – Milonga – Intermediate / Advanced
Milonga as it should be danced. This class teaches how to dance Milonga as a separate and different dance from the tango or waltz.
5:00-??? pm Practica practice with friends and dancers.

Serena Lembach – DJ For Yo Soy during Oscar’s visit:
Serena found tango during a BsAs visit with a soccer group in 1986. The connection and passion was palpable after watching a single performance. Decades later she is the house DJ for Toca Tango Milonga in San Diego. She has been the DJ for major festivals including Chicago and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, as well as both Salt Lake’s Memorial Day festival and their summer tango retreat where she has been voted fan favorite several years running.
